If you are looking for a delicious healthy salsa for your next party, this is the recipe for you! Using peppers, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and topping with kombucha, it is full of pre and probiotics! This recipe came to us from Juanita from the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
Ingredients:
-Red & Green Capsicum
-Tomatoes
-Shallots
-Red onion
-Garlic
-Red & Green Chillies
-Coriander
-White Sugar (very small amount)
-Home Made Kombucha
-Salt & Pepper
All to your taste & liking!
Method:
- Cut up all of your vegetables
- Combine & put them in quality jars
- Top each jar with unflavored kombucha then add a pickle pebble on top so it’s under the liquid
- Let them ferment on the counter for a few days (taste often or use a pickle pipe) and then refrigerate!
