The grains were well packaged and fresh. They start to produce the second day and the grains are growing healthy. 250ml morning an evenings harvest.

Very much appreciated speed with which order arrived BUT the box provided to return samples was too big to slide provided return satchel over, without crushing corners. Hoping very much this did not compromise samples within! attempted to email twice to advise of this but both bounced back. So first order with you? I have tried to make this yogurt twice using the Reuteri starter culture and twice it has failed, separated and smelled bad. Every other yogurt I have made so far,with different milks and using the Progood probiotics has been successful to some degree and edible . So I do not know what I am doing wrong as I am following the exact directions from his book and not inclined to try again

I got my grains quickly and have started fermenting with quite good success. I sent a question re how quickly I should expect the grains to multiply and the response was thorough, quick, and personal.
