Put the kefir grains in to water or milk of your choice according to type of grains you are using and allow the content to ferment for 24-48 hours.

The built-in strainer and airflow control enables optimal fermentation conditions and simplifies the procedure of separating the grains from the kefir.

wanted to Make my own kefir. Found nourishme on line and ordered the milk kefir kit. Assumed id be getting dehydrated kefir grains. To my surprise i had hydrated grains ready to go! Followed instructions and acclimatised the grains. 2 weeks later im producing the smoothest, creamiest kefir every 24 hrs. That’s the surprise. I read a lot of info re making kefir and i was very hesitant and anxious about how it would turn out . Amazed at how well thr process worked when following instructions. Within a week i was turning out smooth creamy kefir , getting better with every batch. Very happy with my purchase!
