3 x 1g sachets make 3L to 60L of sour cream using cream. Simply keep aside 4 tablespoons of sour cream to reuse as a starter for the next batch. You can repeat this process until the previous batch loses viability i.e Lack of souring

Why is your Pure Organic Sour Cream Starter Culture more expensive than other products?
Our Pure Organics Sour Cream Starter Culture is 100% pure bacteria and does not contain cheap fillers like Maltodextrin or Dextrose which can make up greater than 90% of like products. Always check the label when making comparisons.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: We only ship our yoghurt cultures on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (as item is stored refrigerated) so that they do not remain in transit via Australia Post over the weekend
Best Before can be extended to 2 years by storing frozen
