Contains only probiotic strains of human origin: Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 + Lactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 6475 (both strains isolated from breast milk)
Provides evidence-based probiotic strains with clinical data to support their use.
Delivers probiotic strains that survive transit through gastrointestinal (GI) tract without significant loss of potency (CFUs).
Contains two probiotic strains shown to colonise the GI tract and adhere strongly to mucosal layer.
Ensure only complementary probiotic strains are combined for optimal efficacy.
Delivers a scientifically validated daily dose of 200 million organisms (CFUs) in a convenient one-a-day dose.
Does not require refrigeration, for ease of use and convenience.
Sweetened with xylitol.

Sleeping so much better

After reading the Super Gut book i was curious about trying L.Reutteri and am happy to report that it definitely has improved my sleep quantity and quality. For a very long time I’ve struggled to sleep well, but after taking this probiotic things have greatly improved. I tried to make yoghurt using these tablets but failed epically. Who’d have thought what’s happening in your gut can impact your sleep.

I bought the Bio Gastrus tablets to make L Reuteri ‘yoghurt'. I am still in the process of perfecting this with my third trial currently on the way. I received the products within a couple of days and very happy with the service. While looking on the Nourishme Organics website, I discovered the Gut Health Guru Podcasts.
