My Reuteri

The bottle came unscrewed/unsealed. I contacted company 2 times by e- mail, one time - online and one time by phone. No response. I asked in my e-mails why the probiotic unsea led and why there is no due date on the product. Finally, when I initiated claim via PalPal I was answered that the due date 12 months since manufacturing (mfg date exists), but there was no reply regarding unsealed product. At the moment I am in a process of returning MyReuteri back to Nourish me.

About the Starter Culture Seal: We assure you that the integrity and safety of products are our top priorities. The starter culture you received is freeze-dried, and as part of the packaging design, there is an additional tamper-evident seal located beneath the lid. This seal ensures the product remains protected during transit. While we understand that the lid may have become loose during shipping, the tamper-evident seal is there to guarantee the product’s integrity. This approach is standard for all our bottle products.

Shelf Life and Expiry Date:
Our freeze-dried starter culture has a shelf life of 2 years, with a recommended best-before period of 1 year. Under FSANZ regulations, products with a shelf life of 2 years or more are not required to display an expiry date on the packaging. We recognise that this may be different from some customer expectations, but rest assured, this is compliant with regulatory standards.

Return and Refund:
We understand that receiving a product in unexpected condition can be concerning. To resolve this matter, we’re happy to provide a postage-paid label so you can return the product at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund promptly.
