I have been excited to use my kefirko maker and kefir grains over the last two weeks and really enjoying kefir daily, I started with a tablespoon at a time as I read you should introduce your body to kefir slowly and I am ramping up my intake. Very happy đ so far I feel my tummy issues are improving.

Bought the water kefir grains a month ago and they arrived within 2 days with no trouble and it only took 2 days after that before I had my first batch of water kefir. Now after only a month I have more than enough grains than I know what to do with, probably almost 2 cups. I prefer to make soda with it so I bought some different unsweetened preservative free fruit juices (juice with preservatives wonât work). I mix a ratio of 3/5 juice with 2/5 of water kefir, put it into old Grolsch beer bottles and leave for 1 - 2 days before refrigerating. Beautiful and delicious. Grape juice, clear apple juice and pineapple/coconut water (200ml pineapple 100ml coconut water) are amazing. I tried both apricot and guava nectars (delicious) but as they ferment the particles in the juice can clump meaning you have to stir the bottle every time you want a drink. My gut health has already improved immeasurably and I feel better than I have in years. Iâd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a fast, easy way to make healthy probiotic drinks as it only takes a few minutes every couple of days to make a new batch of kefir and to mix up a fresh lot of tasty natural sugar free soda. Do your gut a favour and grab some today đ Now Iâm just waiting a couple of days for my Jun starter kit, looking forward to that đ¤¤
