Making Jelly at home is so easy, economical and environmentally friendly. It's an effective way to reduce the amount of single-use plastic going into landfill plus you're in control of what goes in it.
Just add to cold water, bring to boil for 5 minutes to dissolve and cool to room temperature.
Now get creative.
You can add juices, coffee, teas, kombucha, water kefir, probiotics, prebiotics, superfoods etc.
Leave to set for 4 hours and enjoy. You can set at room temperature or in a refrigerator.

Recommended Usage:
Add 2 teaspoons of Agar Agar powder to 320ml of cold water. Stir and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Then add 200ml of your favourite juices, kombucha, water kefir etc and stir well. Refrigerate and serve.
