Started on journey to improving gut health for my 7 month old baby with eczema, multiple food allergies and severe constipation. Starting something new is often overwhelming however this kit made the process of making water Kefir very easy and do-able. Followed the instructions that came along and had absolutely no issues. We're 3 weeks in, and my babies constipation has resolved! I've just ordered the kit for vegetable fermentation!
