wanted to Make my own kefir. Found nourishme on line and ordered the milk kefir kit. Assumed id be getting dehydrated kefir grains. To my surprise i had hydrated grains ready to go! Followed instructions and acclimatised the grains. 2 weeks later im producing the smoothest, creamiest kefir every 24 hrs. That’s the surprise. I read a lot of info re making kefir and i was very hesitant and anxious about how it would turn out . Amazed at how well thr process worked when following instructions. Within a week i was turning out smooth creamy kefir , getting better with every batch. Very happy with my purchase!

While pleased to have this kit, I thought it may come with one jar as pictured on the box and in advertising. I have had to order jar’s separately and also then ordered the collars that fit over the pickle pipes… it would be great to have ordered a kit that had all the components. I have had to make three separate orders and perhaps I need to read content description more carefully and not just look at the picture. It has been a bit frustrating.

Used half in with chick peas but I fermented to hot but got some soy bean fermented at 39c and it worked . probably ate a kilo it now ,I been having a half a cup a day ,you can,t kill me.

Bought a second batch of these because the first went through the sieve they were so small and fragile. Spending a week just slowly growing them before I try to use them. So expensive to buy a replacement batch. Why are they so stingy when they are supposed to be a reputable source? I thought I was being smart buying from a business but I regret not just finding a local private seller.

Very new to this but very conscious of my gut health.
Still trying to get my head around what Kefir milk should look like ie consistency and how to reuse grains and the seem to go through strainer.

Just made my fermented l. Reuteri yogurt and added 2 capsules of sugar shift. Came out nice and creamy. Need more time to assess its effects but no problems so far.

The shipment took a very long time to arrive, and I only received the package today, so I cannot evaluate the products yet. I’m not even sure if I will be able to, as the inulin was scattered all over the package (I don’t know if it’s even safe to use since the bag is leaking), and the label on the Reuteri bottle is half peeled off. I’m very disappointed, especially considering that the products are not cheap.
