healthy grains

Just after 2 weeks feeding, my grains grows 2 times as much as original grains. I havest 1 liter kefir milk every 12 hours which satisfying my family's daily protien intake.

Fabulous product although the jar isn't very good. There's a groove under the top which harbours residue. Went brown

This product is very effective in promoting a robust fermentation rate of milk kefir. Whilst it is not an essential ingredient for the fermentation process at all times, it certainly gives the microbes a big feast on which to happily gorge themselves. It is really good to have some on hand for when you want to give the milk kefir microbes a kick along to speed up the fermentation rate.

Not sure how often I need to use the growth mix to increase the amount of grains I have.
