How to Use:

Warm 1–8 litres of organic heavy cream (35–40% fat) to 21–22 °C.

Sprinkle 1g of starter culture per litre of cream.

Stir, cover (not airtight), and ferment at room temp for 12–24 hours.

Chill, then churn to make cultured butter.

Wash butter in cold water, salt to taste, and store chilled.
One sachet makes up to 10 litres of cultured cream. The cultured cream can be reserved and used a starter for the next batch.
