I could not make yogurt with these probiotics. I suspect they got too hot in transport as there was a heatwave. The insulin is good.

Kefir grains are amazing, I actually feel like I have a pet, feeding them and watching them grow and they make beautiful kefir.
Strong leak proof lids. The rubber seals are removable and are much thicker than some of the cheaper lids.

If asked I always recommend Quicksilver Scientific for their detoxification therapies. I’ve used them for many years and when they make a claim they are true to their word. The ingredients are only ever picked by Dr Shade for their efficacy in his formulations. He was once poisoned by mercury and has suffered from CIRS-WDB. He emphasises the importance of maintaining efficient detoxification and to do this the liver must be functioning optimally and Liver Sauce will support this. It is highly effective. All 6 of our family use this formulation when we are doing a periodic 5-7 day detox (just once a day before Brekky- a one and done type procedure) and combine it with Ultimate Binder. We like to take Liver Sauce about 20-30 mins before Ultimate Binder (wait another 30-30 mins after the binder before eating) all on an empty stomach and then have a fatty breakfast. The kids can even hold the Liver Sauce in their mouths as per the directions for 90 seconds before swallowing on an empty stomach. It can make the mouth/tongue a bit numb for a few minutes but goes away quickly in 5-10 minutes. No need for alarm. I’ve made many batches now and my kefir grains have really developed. I’ve grown to enjoy the sour tang, especially over bircher muesli or granola and fruit for breakfast.
