Fermentation Clock

Very disappointed as the "clock" that I saw on the web site was different to the one I received. The web site showed a clock with each weekday and am/pm, but the one I received was a month/day calendar. The dial on the one I received was easily bumped out of place, and thus wasn't much use. I've retired it and gone to another method to record when my kefir batch was started.

Overpriced paper

Overpriced paper that should have come with the jar, doesn't look like the shown picture, is also fiddly to move dates and will fall out when you move the jar
