材料：
✓ オーガニックミックスベリー 1カップ
✓ 牛乳（ヨーグルトメーカーのサイズに応じて量が決まります）
✓ ヨーグルトスターターカルチャー
方法：
鍋に牛乳を入れ、コンロの上で 82°C (沸騰直前) まで温めます。火から下ろし、43°C 未満まで冷まします。スターター カルチャーを泡立て器で混ぜます。ヨーグルトを作るボウルにベリーを入れ、上から牛乳を注ぎます。ヨーグルトを 24 時間培養し、冷蔵庫で 6 時間冷やします。出来上がりです。お召し上がりください。
