I recently purchased a few items including the Beef Collagen, Borax and Inulin. There was an error with my order and with an email to notify it was rectified immediately. Really prompt delivery both times. I purchased the Inulin to make Dr William Davis Lactobacillus reuteri fermented dairy and the inulin is way superior to the prev brand I was using. The dairy is much more like yogurt and is a success every time, its delicious! Thanks!

wanted to Make my own kefir. Found nourishme on line and ordered the milk kefir kit. Assumed id be getting dehydrated kefir grains. To my surprise i had hydrated grains ready to go! Followed instructions and acclimatised the grains. 2 weeks later im producing the smoothest, creamiest kefir every 24 hrs. That’s the surprise. I read a lot of info re making kefir and i was very hesitant and anxious about how it would turn out . Amazed at how well thr process worked when following instructions.
