Cheese Maker and large kefir maker

Both are fabulous items for making kefir and cheese. The larger size means it’s easier to make bigger quantities but less frequently. I use kefir daily so I go through quite a bit. The cream kefir cheese it makes is very tasty indeed. Well worth the money. I use a large fine metal sieve rather than draining as it’s way quicker and easier than using the hand attachment especially as the grains get bigger and you are making a lot. I flavoured my cheese with smoked salt, garlic and fresh dill for use with smoked salmon.

Quick and easy

Very easy to use and clean, makes great kefir. The large size will be too big for many people but you can always use less milk in it to make smaller amounts. I wouldn't advise getting the cheesemaker unless you are very enthusiastic - I have wasted so much milk, trying, and failing, to make cheese...not quite as easy as it looks.

We're glad to hear that you find the Large Kefir Maker easy to use and that it makes great kefir. The size can be adjusted to make smaller batches if needed. Regarding the cheesemaker, we understand that it can be challenging, and we appreciate your feedback. The trick is to over ferment the milk kefir until the curds and whey are completely separated.
