My kefir jar is the perfect size.

I love the smaller Kefir jar, it’s the perfect size to make enough kefir for my partner and myself. I have the big one too, which i swing into action when I know I will have house guests staying… so we can all enjoy the health benefits of fresh kefir.

I’m back

I’m pleased to be back on my water kefir as I cannot have Dairy products , also thank you for your kindness in giving me packet of new grains they seem really active , I’m wondering how long it takes to work up to a cup a day , I’m having half a cup and have no problems so far
