Big book of Kombucha

I love this book. So many great things to make with Kombucha. I used to give my excess scoby to the chickens. Not now. The fruit leather is fantastic.

Purchased this along with the Kombucha Kit. Highly recommend reading. It’s the bees knees on all things kombucha related and has over 250+ recipes plus all the advice you’ll need on looking after your scoby. 10/10!
