Organic Raw Rapadura Sugar is by far one of the healthiest sugars available.
Rapadura is the pure juice extracted from sugar cane using a cold press, which is then evaporated over low heats, whilst being stirred with paddles, then sieved, ground to produce a grainy sugar. It has not been cooked at high heats, and spun to change it into crystals, and the molasses has not been separated from the sugar. This ensures that the health giving minerals remain intact. It is produced organically, and does not contain chemicals or anti-caking agents.
