Broken packaging

Hello.
I bought a packet of chicory root fibre online. It arrived in good time however, it was not packaged securely and the packet of chicory had split, I assume during transit (though it may have been split before transit, I can't be sure).
When I opened the package, the flour went everywhere because it had spilled out of the chicory packet, into the envelope it was sent in.
It was posted in a simple plastic envelope and obviously was subject to the rigorous mail process and transportation.
I have tried to send pictures with an email to [****] but it won't send. I have tried to call but no answer.
I have spend almost $30 for 200g to be delivered to me, because I live in rural Victoria and do not travel to the big towns where I could otherwise buy it. Sending the damaged package back will cost me further, as buyer is responsible for return mail costs, so this is not financially viable for me. I am a retired nurse, on a disability pension, money is very short.
I'm just really disappointed that it wasn't packaged more securely.
I hope to make contact with someone at nourish me organics to discuss the dilemma, before the opportunity for me to receive a refund expires.

Most prebiotic fibre comes from Artichokes which I can't digest, its great to find a product that is actually doing the intended job.
