Description

Milk Kefir Grains Growth Premix with Colostrum Powder, Whey Protein Isolate and Organic Inulin (Prebiotic Fibre), scientifically proven to promote the growth of milk kefir grains by 300 to 400% and boost the growth of key probiotic species ( 2011 Mar; 94(3):1239-42). Also produces thicker, creamier kefir.


Simply add 15g to milk kefir grains per 250 ml batch during fermentation in milk. Colostrum can significantly improve the nutritive content of milk kefir by helping boost immune function and healing the gut lining.

healthy grains

Just after 2 weeks feeding, my grains grows 2 times as much as original grains. I havest 1 liter kefir milk every 12 hours which satisfying my family's daily protien intake.

This product is very effective in promoting a robust fermentation rate of milk kefir. Whilst it is not an essential ingredient for the fermentation process at all times, it certainly gives the microbes a big feast on which to happily gorge themselves. It is really good to have some on hand for when you want to give the milk kefir microbes a kick along to speed up the fermentation rate.

Not sure how often I need to use the growth mix to increase the amount of grains I have.

However, some users may find that using it every other week works better for them. It's important to experiment and find what works best for your specific grains.
