- Perfect to make William Davis, MD. Superfood L. reuteri yogurt/cultured dairy
MyReuteri contains high counts of the important gastrointestinal microbe, Lactobacillus reuteri, that Dr. Davis has been talking about, making yogurt with, and studying in humans and animals. Because L. reuteri, as well as many other bacterial species, is susceptible to common antibiotics, many have lost this microbe and thereby all of its potential benefits. MyReuteri is our way of restoring this important microbes.*
Revolutionary Science Discovered by Dr. William Davis
I advocate the restoration of genuine health, by starting with the foundation, addressing deficiencies, and supporting what our bodies used to produce.
MyReuteri is a supplement that I personally formulated. With the benefits of our LRDR L. Reuteri super microbe, it’s combined with FOS (fructooligosaccharides) to feed the microbes. MyReuteri provides a full 20 billion CFU of L. reuteri.
You can use a single MyReuteri to make my authentic Lactobacillus reuteri cultured dairy “yoghurt” superfood. My extended fermentation process results in high-count of L. reuteri gut-friendly microbes, and tastes great, too.
FAQ
Why does the powder in the MyReuteri capsule appear solid and is it still okay?In some instances, the powder inside the capsule may appear solid, but it remains viable and effective. To make yogurt, gently roll the capsule between your fingers until the powder breaks up before mixing. Be sure to keep the bottle tightly closed and store in a cool dry place or refrigerator. What is Half and Half ?Half and Half is not available in Australia but you can easily make your own. i.e. 50% full cream milk and 50% light cream (half and half as the name implies). If the recipe calls for 1 L of Half and Half, mix 500ml of full cream milk with 500ml of light cream. You can use heavy cream but this will produce a thicker yoghurt.
