Use it as a basic salt at the end of cooking, also use to rehydrate, you take a bit on the tongue and sip water, it helps to rehydrate the body (especially if I’m not drinking enough water during the day)

The salt is damp in the package. Is this usual?

Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologise for the inconvenience. Our coarse Celtic sea salt is naturally moist due to its mineral content, and additive free nature. This is perfectly normal for Celtic Sea salt.
