Ingredients:
1kg (or more) of chicken carcasses from a healthy source
1 onion
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Grass Fed Beef Collagen (Optional)
Method:
Place chicken carcusses in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. This will make a brown cloudy broth.
Then place it into a stock pot, add the collagen, Apple Cider Vinegar, cover with water, load veggies in, mix well and cook for 24 hours.
