Ingredients:
✓1 kg dried mixed fruit
✓ 2 ¾ cup milk kefir
✓ ¼ cup coconut flour
✓2 cups gluten free flour
✓1 ½ tsp mixed spice
Method:

Soak fruit in milk kefir for 2-3 hours

Sift the flour into the fruit and gently mix with the mixed spice

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
- Bake in a small tin for approx 40 minutes
