If you are looking to switch up your fermented hot sauce with a unique spin, this is the recipe for you! This is a plum hot sauce that is full of fatalii chilli (very spicy!). It is a beautiful blend of fermented goodness. This recipe came to us from Emma in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
Ingredients:
- 2kg plums
- 200g fatalii chili
- 5 cm ginger sliced
- 8 medium garlic cloves
- 150g Himalayan rock salt
Method:
- Cut veggies up and put them into quality jars.
- Cover completely with water and place pickle pebbles on top (or you can buy this full fermentation kit!)
- Ferment for 3-7 days and then puree after fermentation, place in the refrigerator, and enjoy!
