If you are looking for a new cocktail to try, this healthier version of a moscow mule is it! It combines ginger kombucha, vodka, and lime juice to create a delicious balance of flavors that you can customize to your liking. This recipe came to us from Lindel in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
Ingredients:
- Kombucha
- Ginger
- 2 limes
- Vodka
Method:
- Add fresh ginger into kombucha and allow to ferment 5 to 7 days at room temperature
- Strain it and then add ¼ to half of a fresh lime, vodka to your taste, icecubes, and a few slices of lime, stir and enjoy!
