It’s a creamy salmon spread that is made with milk kefir cheese so you know that it is full of probiotic goodness! This recipe came to us from Janine in the Gut Health Guru’s Facebook Group!
Ingredients:
- 200g Milk Kefir Cheese
- 100g Smoked Salmon
- 1 tbsp Capers
- Sprinkle Parsley
- Sprinkle Onion Powder
- Salt & pepper to your liking
Method:
- Make your Kefir Cheese in your Kefirko cheese making kit.
- Mix together kefir cheese, smoked salmon, capers, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper
- Enjoy with crackers, sourdough bread, or anything else that you desire!
